Samsung One UI Watch 4.5 Beta 5 update pushing out to Galaxy Watch 4

So far, Samsung released four Wear OS 3.5-based Beta builds to the Galaxy Watch 4 users, while the rollout of One UI Watch 4.5 Beta 5 has just begun to the consumers. This hefty firmware update brings not only bug fixes but also improves functions and system stability.

According to the info, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 One UI Watch 4.5 Beta 5 update sports firmware version ending ZVG7 and package size of 169.58MB. The official release notes mention improvements to the stability of the watch face, and fixes for permissions issues related to clock and weather complications in the Digital Dashboard watch face.

In addition, it also fixes the issue related to downloaded watch faces not getting recovered. It’s reported that the Galaxy Watch 4 users having issues with the Together complication, which is also getting fixed with the release of the fifth One UI Watch 4.5 Beta update.

Moreover, the latest Galaxy Watch 4 Beta firmware fixes the bubble view’s compatibility issue with the Line messaging app. Post installation of this new build, the display will activate quickly to view the watch face during cycling.

Aside from the Watch’s system performance, Samsung included accuracy improvements for the native Compass app for better navigation. As it’s an improved version of the Watch firmware, it might enhance power efficiency as well as better charging performance for the consumers.
