Here’s how to reset Smart Hub on your Samsung TV

Reset your Smart Hub:

The Smart Hub is a store where all the installed apps and account details are stored, must try once to reset the Smart Hub to troubleshoot the storage issue in your smart TV.

Samsung NEO TV

Reset Smart Hub in Samsung 2012 E/HS/ES Models

  • Press the Smart Hub on the remote
  • Go to Tools, then Settings.
  • Now choose the reset option
  • Smart Hub will now be reset

Samsung 2013 F model

  • Press the menu button on the remote control.
  • Choose the Smart Hub option
  • Finally, select Smart Hub Reset

Samsung 2014 H/HU/F model

  • Press the menu button on the remote control.
  • Now choose Smart Features.
  • You will see an option called Reset Smart Hub.
  • Select to reset the Smart Hub on your TV.

Samsung 2015 J/JU/JS Model

  • Press the menu button on the remote control.
  • Browse and select Smart Hub.
  • Scroll and select the option called Reset Smart Hub.
  • Smart Hub on the 2015 Samsung TV is now reset.

Samsung 2016 – 2019 Models

  • Hold the TV remote control and press the home button.
  • Now select the Settings gear icon in Smart Hub.
  • With the Settings menu open, scroll and select the Support icon.
  • If you see an option called Self-diagnosis, select it.
  • Just scroll down and select the Smart Hub reset option.
  • You will be prompted to enter your PIN here.
  • The default PIN is 0000.
  • Once the PIN has been entered, the Smart Hub on your Samsung Smart TV will be reset.

Samsung 2020 – 2021 models

  • Press the Home button on the Samsung TV remote control.
  • Smart Hub will now open on your TV.
  • Select the Settings icon in the lower-left corner.
  • Select Support, then select Device Management from the Settings menu.
  • You will now see the Device Management screen on your screen. Select the self-diagnostic option.
  • You will see several options here. Select the Smart Hub reset option.
  • The TV will ask you to enter your PIN.
  • Enter your primary PIN (eg 0000).
  • Enter your PIN and your Smart Hub will now be reset to factory defaults.
