According to the latest report, Singapore-based e-commerce company Shopee was named the best brand in the Asia-Pacific region, along with global giants Google, Samsung, and YouTube, according to YouGov’s Best Brands ranking data.

Shopee ranked among the top four brands in six Asia-Pacific markets Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The high rankings in Southeast Asia reflect the dominance of e-commerce brands in these markets, well ahead of rival platform Lazada.
Moreover, Samsung secured top five rankings in six countries, including South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, Australia, and Indonesia. Furthermore, Google proved to be the most popular in the Asia-Pacific region, capturing nine of the 15 top ten spots in Hong Kong, Australia, India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, and Indonesia.
