Screen burn-in protection feature seems to be missing in Samsung One UI 6

Samsung has seeded various devices with the prominent offerings of the One UI 6 update, but it seems that a crucial feature- screen burn-in protection is missing in the software.

According to the information, the pixel shifting feature which launched back with One UI 5 is not visible in the One UI 6. Back in October 2022, Samsung included shifting pixels, which helped users a lot in lowering the danger of OLED screen burn-in on Galaxy devices.

Users on Reddit have also reported that the status bar icons are no longer shifting positions after updating to One UI 6. Therefore, one user also shared screenshots of the Calculator app taken on a Galaxy device with One UI 5 and One UI 6 to clarify the issue more accurately.

However, if this is happening by mistake, Samsung should fix this issue soon, as this could lead user’s devices to risk.
