Samsung smartphones and tablets are pre-installed with Galaxy Store options. Galaxy device consumers use the native app stores to update stock apps to the latest version and also get third-party apps.
According to reports from hundreds of consumers, the Galaxy Store on Samsung phones has collapsed in China, showing that “the service can not be provided normally”. To report this problem, go to [Settings]> [Help] and enter the error code.

For now, the reason for the unavailability of the Galaxy Store service is not clear, while we can assume that it is a server issue. Apart from the Chinese markets, the Galaxy Store could also collapse in nearby Asian countries, however, Samsung has not yet acknowledged such a problem.
Galaxy Store offers thousands of apps, games, themes, and other resources, integrating app recommendation, search, rating, and update features. In addition to traditional apps, Samsung and developer custom apps for Samsung mobile phone users are also released here.
