Samsung should optimize Auto App update functionality with One UI 6.1

Samsung is making waves with its One UI 6 release in some countries, meanwhile, the anticipation of One UI 6.1 has also begun and this new iteration is expected to bring some optimizations in the auto app update functionality, which might be lacking in the current One UI version.

As per the information, there are several users in the US, who are getting frustrated by updating the app individually even on their Galaxy S23 devices. And they want Samsung to optimize this functionally as soon as possible to offer a seamless performance.

Apps downloaded from the Galaxy Store have an auto-update feature to automatically keep the application up to date. But even after keeping this option enabled their Galaxy devices are not upgrading the apps to the latest version which results in disappointment.

However,  we can hope that One UI 6.1 based on Android 14 will optimize this auto app update functionality on Samsung devices and offer an uninterrupted experience. It’s also worth mentioning that, the consumers in the US are still waiting for the stable release of One UI 6.

Thus, it may also be possible that this issue of app upgrading could be solved with the upcoming stable update. Let’s hope for the best, and if you are facing such an issue on your Galaxy smartphone, then let us know in the comment down below.
