Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 4 support 99 Workout Mode

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Series gives you all the health information you need while keeping you connected to your smartphone. The company launched the next generation of watches – Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro – at the Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event on August 10.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 provide real-time actionable advice and manual tracking functions for dozens of activities you can track. In addition to ECG, BP, SPO2, blood glucose, sleep rate, heart rate, and other health features, Samsung offers multiple workout modes on the wearable to track multiple activities.

As of now, both the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 offer the most sports mode among Samsung watches. As per the information, these watches offer over 90 sport modes, some of which are automatic workout detection and some require a few steps to be followed to use.
