Improved QR scanning
Nowadays, the use of QR codes has spread to various fields such as electronic access lists, mobile tickets, URL access, business cards, and menu boards. To make this functionality more useful, Samsung improved the performance of the stock Camera app’s QR scanning functionality.
In addition, the developers have also increased the size of the guide and improved scanning speed when scanning the QR code from the Quick Panel. The statement: “We tried to fit the QR code on the existing smaller guide screen, but we improved the usability so that the QR code could be recognized by placing it on the enlarged guide screen.”
