After upgrading to Android 13, when you perform any task in the clipboard, or you will cut or copy some text, at that time you will notice a new alert box in the lower-left corner. Which will give you a visual representation of what you have on your clipboard, and give permission to quickly tap the pencil icon to edit that text.
