Samsung will fix app icon label hiding issue with One UI 6.1

The next iteration of Samsung’s Android custom skin will bring various significant features and optimizations to elevate the user experience. But in addition to the new elements, Samsung will also bring a fix for the app icon label hiding issue with One UI 6.1 software.

The app icon label hiding function allows users to remove the words under the app icon to make the screen neat and clean. Meanwhile, some users reporting issues while hiding the label of their app icon on the home screen and app drawer of their Galaxy devices.

However, the Korean tech maker has encountered this issue, and the moderator on the community stated that the app icon label hiding function is not working normally on some Galaxy devices, Samsung is aware of this issue and will fix it in the next update, One UI 6.1.
