Regarding the idea that the One UI 6 update lacked the “since last charged” feature from the battery menu, many Samsung Galaxy users were very dissatisfied. The actual battery life of phones can be managed more intelligently with the introduction of this metric instead of the older system, which would log battery life for 24 hours but remove the entire charging interval from the count. Luckily Samsung has already seen users’ comments and has brought the “since last charged” feature back in the new round design!
Tester Al Watts said this mode reappeared using an update to the Device Care app (version 13.8.6.11). Even though you can get the download from APKMirror right now, many users who prefer other means can wait for the next update to arrive via the Galaxy Store.
This “Battery Health Since Last Charge” utility helps us monitor our phone’s charge and screen brightness since the last full charge. This number gives us a better picture of the bike’s recovery than the 24-hour record, which is misleading about the phone’s recovery in that time frame.
This is not the first and probably not the last time that manufacturers of mobile devices would intend to remove this feature. Google, Xiaomi, and some others have also recovered the “exact percentage” function, with the demand of users. It appears that manufacturers have begun to appreciate the improved directness of this user-friendly metric, which, in turn, enables one to control their phone’s battery life in a more manageable manner.
