Going by the report of TheElec, Samsung is planning to discontinue the Galaxy A2x lineup in the upcoming year and the Galaxy A1x, Galaxy A3x, and Galaxy A5x will move ahead with full enthusiasm. However, the reason behind this layoff is still unclear.

To be mentioned, the Korean tech firm is also planning to ditch the Plus model from the Galaxy S24 lineup in favor to promote the Ultra variant more. It means the Galaxy S23 Plus may be the last plus variant, so if you are a fanatic of the plus model then don’t wait for S24 instead grab the Galaxy S23 Plus.

Coming back to the Galaxy A lineup, there will be no Galaxy A24 in the future and the Galaxy A23 5G is going to be the last Galaxy A2x smartphone which is launched in Brazil today and comes pre-installed with One UI 5.0 based on Android 13.

Moving on, the report also suggests that the Korean firm is shifting its focus to the Fan Edition model which provides them a good yield in corresponding to these Galaxy A2x smartphones.
