Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 passes two mandatory certifications, launch seems near

Samsung is preparing to unveil a new rugged smartphone – Galaxy XCover 7, and ahead of its official launch, the device has passed two more mandatory certifications. The appearance on several platforms hints that the arrival of the device is near.

According to the details, the upcoming rugged phone has already cleared the Bluetooth SIG and Geekbench databases. However, the Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 has recently made its appearance on the FCC and NBTC certifications with model number SM-G556B.

The NBTC website confirms that the smartphone has been manufactured in South Korea and supports 2G, 3 G, 4G, and 5G telecommunication standards. Whereas, the FCC listing hints that the phone will feature a 4,000mAh battery with 25W fast wired charging.

Other than this, the listings didn’t reveal any further details about the device, but we expect that the Galaxy ZCover 7 will feature some upgraded capabilities compared to its predecessor.
