The advanced BIA sensor built into the Galaxy Watch 4 and 5 series measures a person’s bone mass, body water, body fat mass, and body mass index (BMI). While this feature provides very insightful details about physical health.
With data from the Galaxy Watch’s BIA module, users can monitor their body composition and improve their health by changing their diet and exercise behavior.
To track what they eat, Galaxy Watch owners can use Samsung’s Galaxy Health app. Here, it offers a food intake feature where users can log food for breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, evening snacks, and dinner.
