Samsung Galaxy S23 will get new June 2023 update, ongoing rollout postponed

A few days ago, Samsung started the June 2023 update rollout for the Galaxy S23 series. The software’s expansion happened, but the availability has not expanded widely. Meanwhile, tipster says that Samsung will release a new June 2023 update to Galaxy S23 series.

Reliable source @UniverseIce says that Samsung Galaxy S23 users will have to wait for a few days to get the June 2023 update. The company will release a new build, postponing the ongoing rollout due to bugs spotted in the European firmware.

“The update of Galaxy S23 in other regions may be delayed, and a new version will be released. Because some users found bugs in the update in Europe in June, Samsung will postpone the update in other regions, including China, in order to solve these problems,” revealed Ice.

This leak makes sense as a few days back, we exclusively reported that the Korean firmware development is still underway. The rollout could begin by the end of June, which included solutions for bugs and issues reported by consumers in the last three months.

So far, the South Korean tech giant released the June 2023 update in a handful of markets in Europe and Asia. The Chinese models will directly get the new build of June software, and if you haven’t received it yet, don’t panic, the fresh firmware will begin to release soon.

With the June firmware, Samsung installed the latest Android patches into the latest flagships. Moreover, there’s a new camera feature, which allows Galaxy S23 Ultra users to capture Portrait camera shots at 2x cropping, which uses a 50-megapixel resolution.

In addition to new features, there are various subtle improvements in the camera performance of smartphones. Overall system animation and fluency got enhanced, even without any kind of impact on the battery capacity and performance.
