Samsung Galaxy S23 June 2023 update review

Samsung has recently pushed the June 2023 software update to the Galaxy S23 series. Since the update’s availability is currently limited to select markets, the changes are getting reviewed by consumers who installed the OTA.

According to the info, Samsung’s June 2023 update installs the new 2x zoom option into the Portrait mode camera. The new solution reportedly uses the 50-megapixel resolution of the S23 Ultra’s 200-megapixel camera sensor.

As far as the camera autofocus is concerned, the user noticed that the problem has been solved with June OTA. As there are a number of under-the-hood improvements, Night mode camera’s processing is also different than earlier.

Thanks to One UI 5.1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy, the system animation is quite stunning on the Galaxy S23 smartphone. Taking the experience to the next level, June firmware further smoothens transitions and animation.

Last but not least, the update comes with subtle improvements for the haptics to provide you with better UX while gaming or roaming across the UI. Check the information below, which is based on Galaxy S23 user’s feedback.
