Samsung Galaxy S23 cleared NBTC and BIS certification, launch seems imminent

Samsung Galaxy S23 series is tipped to be announced in the global market in February 2023 and there are already a lot of rumor mills circulating on the internet. Now, the Galaxy S23 device has cleared NBTC and BIS certification in India.

The lineup is expected to comprise three models Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra. All three smartphones have already appeared in multiple certifications and now emerged on BIS and NBTC certification which indicates their imminent launch.

The Galaxy S23 series passed through NBTC certification with the model number SM-S911B/DS and later it was certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) with the same model number. However, the listing did not reveal any significant information about the device.

These devices have earlier appeared on several websites so we now have a fair idea of what to expect, Samsung Galaxy S23 is tipped to arrive with a 6.1-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, along with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

On the camera part, the hand Galaxy S23 is said to offer a triple rear camera setup with a combination of 50MP + 12MP + 10MP camera sensor. On the selfie front, the smartphone is expected to feature a 10MP sensor underneath the punch-hole cutout design.
