Samsung Galaxy Note 20 gets May 2022 security update at T-Mobile US

Samsung rolling out May 2022 Android security patch update for the carrier-locked Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphone users in the US. The carrier-unlocked models have already had their hand on the latest patch earlier this month itself.

This update is currently released for Sprint’s and T-Mobile’s network users and will soon be available for other customers. Till then you can identify the fresh update with One UI build version mentioned below.

According to changelog, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 May 2022 update comes with multiple privacy and security-related issues and exploits. However, the official support page mentions fixes for 7 Critical, 23 High, and 3 Moderate levels of CVEs from Samsung and Google.
