Samsung launches a new software update for Galaxy A71 smartphone users in Europe. This update mainly installs this month’s Android security patch – April 2022, which brings several bug fixes and optimizations to provide for your seamless performance.

On the other hand, the update mainly focuses on improving the security and stability of your device to enhance the user experience. Other than that, there is nothing that the changelog mentions. You may notice some minor changes and improvements after updating your phone.
Further, the released Samsung April 2022 security update mentions fixes for 88 privacy and security-related vulnerabilities and exploits from Google and Samsung. These include 27 high and 18 moderate levels of CVEs.
Back in March, the device received an Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update in various countries. The One UI 4.1 is currently the latest custom software system offered by the Korean tech giant and Samsung Galaxy A71 is eligible for it. Although there’s no timeline revealed for the release, the company won’t take much time to begin its rollout.
Moving on, the fresh software update for the phone comes with One UI build version A715FXXU8CVD1. It’s currently rolling out in Poland and is expected to reach more European markets as well as other region users in the coming days or weeks.
As soon as your Galaxy A71 gets the update, it will notify you. In case you want to check it manually, enter the Settings of your smartphone. Now tap on Software update and then the Download and install option.
