June 2023 security update for locked Samsung Galaxy A42 comes with PDA version A426USQU6EWE2. This update fixes dozens of issues that were affecting the users’ privacy and security. These include 3 critical, and 47 high-level of common vulnerability exposure related to CC Mode, Exynos, and Knox ID.
In addition, the new firmware improves the overall stability of functions to provide an enhanced experience. Moreover, some stock apps also updated to the latest version after the software update.
Customers can download it and review the latest changes through the Software update and Download and install sections in the Settings app.
