Apple Vision Pro 2 XR Samsung display

Apple’s Vision Pro Headset is expected to be launched early next year and before its official unveiling, the tech giant has reportedly started planning for its upgraded model. Yes, some reports suggest that Apple intends to use a Samsung display for Vision Pro 2 XR Headset.

According to the information, Apple may use an RGB OLEDoS display supplied by Samsung for its Apple Vision Pro 2 XR Headset in 2027. To be mentioned, this upgrade will result in significantly higher brightness compared to WOLED and color filter OLEDoS displays.

Moving on, the RGB OLEDoS is markedly more efficient than WOLED and color filter technology which produces light and color directly from nearby RGB sub-pixels on a single layer, putting an end to the need for a color filter. It’s also worth mentioning that, Samsung is currently the only company capable of supplying RGB OLEDoS displays.
