Recently, Samsung posted the May 2023 patch details and software support data. The document released by the company shows that a handful of Galaxy devices will no longer receive new updates from May 2023, due to end of support.
As per Samsung software support, the Galaxy A40 and A10 smartphones will not get new updates from May 2023. In addition, the company has also dropped support for two tablets namely the Galaxy Tab S5e and Galaxy Tab A 10.1.
These devices reach end of support:
- Galaxy A40
- Galaxy A10
- Galaxy Tab S5e
- Galaxy Tab A 10.1
Last month, the Korean tech giant ended support for the popular Galaxy A50 after its four years of launch. The same treatment is now given to the Galaxy A40, A10, Tab S5e, and Tab A 10.1. Notably, the Galaxy A70 and A80 are still on the support page for “some more” software updates.
