Samsung has introduced the new Pokemon version of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones in its place. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Pokemon Edition is listed on the company’s South Korean website and reveals that it will be on sale in the country later this week.
The new device comes in a large box that includes the phone itself, a Pikachu Clear Cover Set, a Pokemon Pouch with a cord strap, a Pokemon Custom Pack, a Pikachu keychain, and a Poke Ball-shaped stand.
Although the company did not disclose anything about the smartphone, nor additional features or pricing and storage variants. The phone is expected to have some Pokemon themes, ringtones, and wallpapers. We’ll get more details about the smartphone when it launches this week.
It should be noted that currently the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Pokemon Edition is only listed on the South Korean website and it’s yet to be clarified whether it will be launched in other countries or not.

Launched last year, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is one of the most famous foldable smartphones out there. It comes with a 1.9-inch Super AMOLED other display and a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X inner display with 2640 x 1080 pixels resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
Under the hood, there’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and a 3300mAh dual-cell battery that supports 15W wired, 10W wireless, as well as 4.5W reverse wireless charging. Moreover, the phone features a rear dual-camera setup that includes a 12MP main and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera. On the front, there’s a 10MP selfie shooter.
While considering its software, it came pre-installed with the Android 11 OS. Whereas, it’s currently running on the latest Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software system, which brings multiple new features and functionalities to the device owners. It’s also eligible for two more major Android software switches.
