Samsung Galaxy A04s smartphone users have started receiving a new software update that brings the latest Android 13-based One UI 5.0 major firmware. Android 13 is going to be the first major update of the device as it came pre-packed with Android 12-based One UI 4.1.

Users of Samsung Galaxy A04s are now going to experience the all-new and great functionalities of the latest custom skin based on Android 13 on their smartphones. Moving on, the update has arrived with the One UI build version A047FXXU1BVK5.
Notably, Samsung has seeded the device with the latest update before the scheduled plan, as the update was said to roll out in the first half of 2023 but it is live in December itself. Along with the November 2022 security patch for better security and stability.
Samsung One UI 5.0 update brings plenty of cosmetic and performance improvements over the previous version of UI. There’s a refreshed UI with themed dynamic icons, smarter stackable widgets, and a brand-new lock screen with several customizations.
There are also new multitasking gestures like a two-finger swipe-up for split screen and a swipe down from the right corner to launch an app in the pop-up view and more. For your information, the update is currently rolling out in Europe however it will make its way to more users soon.
How to update manually
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on the Software update menu.
- Hit Download & Install button.
