Samsung silently announced a new member in the A lineup which debuted as the successor of Galaxy A13 5G which is the latest Galaxy A14 5G smartphone. This new budget smartphone comes with some incremental upgrades and it’s currently unveiled in some European markets.

Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is equipped with a minimalistic design, which is looking similar to Galaxy S23 from the back. The recently launched device features a large 6.6-inch FHD LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, under the hood, the phone has an Exynos 1330 chipset for better performance.

Moving on, the Galaxy A14 smartphone is available in two variants which include 4GB & 6GB of RAM and 64GB & 128GB of internal storage which could be further expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. Additionally, the phone is packed with a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.

Coming to the camera department, the Galaxy A14 5G features a triple-camera setup that comprises with 50MP main camera, 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor and there is also an LED flashlight placed on the right side of the camera rings.

The main screen of the device comes with a tear-drop cutout in the top center to house the 13MP f/2.0 selfie camera. Further, the device came pre-installed with Android 13-based One UI 5.0 software system and it’s eligible for two years of OS upgrades and four years of security patches.

The device is available in four color options including Black, Silver, Dark Red, and Light Green and it will be available to purchase in Europe starting in April with a starting price of 229 euros. However, there is no information available for its wider availability yet.
