Galaxy A53 Update

Samsung Galaxy A53 March 2023 update is live in the US

Samsung begins rolling out the March 2023 Android security patch update for the Galaxy A53 5G smartphones in the US. The carrier-locked model on Comcast carrier is the first to grab the most up-to-date Android plus One UI security patch in the country.

The Galaxy A53 5G is a mid-range segment smartphone, but Samsung treats it like a flagship device such as support for up to four Android upgrades, five years of security patches, and new updates on a monthly basis. As part of monthly SMR, the company released March 2023 patch to the device.

On March 15, Samsung launched the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 smartphones with a new design and upgraded features. Out of the box, both devices run the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 software along with support for up to Android 17.

A few days back, Samsung started bringing the latest patch to Galaxy A53 5G smartphone users in Europe. And we hope, the carrier-unlocked Galaxy A53 would soon receive the March 2023 update in the US along with other carriers such as Verizon and T-Mobile.
