This update includes new features, improvements, and customization options to give users complete control over their phones. However, it only installs a two-month-old security patch from July 2022.

Additionally, Samsung is releasing the Galaxy A21 Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update with the build version A215USQU7CVI3 and it’s currently available for carrier-locked models in the US. In other global markets, the update has already been released.

What’s new:

Android 12-based One UI 4.1 brings a major change in the form of a color palette. This palette lets you change the look of your phone by applying colorful themes to the entire system UI, app icons, app UI, settings page, quick panel, and more.

This phone also has an advanced quick share feature to help you easily edit and share your content. There’s also a Grammarly-powered Samsung keyboard to make sure you don’t make any typing mistakes. Lastly, Gallery has a built-in object and shadow eraser so you don’t need to go to a third-party editing app.

Other features include a customizable ram plus feature, new camera features with various improvements, a smart calendar that allows users to write on dates, google duo live sharing which allows you to share your screen with others on video calls, and much more.

In addition to these improvements, Samsung Notes, Samsung Internet, Samsung gallery, dark mode, lock screen widgets, and third-party app interactions have all seen significant improvements.

If you have not received a notification about an update, go to Settings on your phone and enter the Software update section. Choose the option to Download and install the update.
