Samsung’s customer service center, which is responsible for the support and service of Russian users, recently, received the CX WORLD AWARDS 2022 award for best customer service. The company has been acknowledged as one of the best in the selection for Best Customer for Human Consumer (H2H).
Samsung also won the “Best Customer Interaction Team on Social Media” nomination. CX WORLD AWARDS is a professionally recognized that annually celebrates and awards successful projects, initiatives, strategies, partnerships, products, technologies, development, and programs. innovation in the Consumer Knowledge (CX) industry.
This is the largest number of more than 200 nominations and the most prestigious award in the messenger experience industry. Samsung organizes work on the company’s largest network of service centers. There are 344 authorized service centers in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS.
The company also owns more than 40 Samsung Service Plazas (brand single-brand service centers). For the convenience of users, Samsung is developing new service programs.
This includes free delivery of the equipment (smartphones) for repairs to service centers across Russia, additional service program Samsung Care +, brand engineer coverage services, chat on technical issues, remote equipment locations, and review videos.
