Samsung announces new appointment for its Semiconductor Innovation Center and Foundry business

Samsung Electronics today announced another appointment for its Semiconductor Innovation Center and Foundry business. The managing director of Samsung group has been given the new responsibility to handle its chip foundry business in the United States.

Samsung is very keen and advanced in making semiconductors and has recently launched the new compute express link (CXL) DRAM for the advanced server systems. Samsung in its official announcement said that the company has hired Mr. Chisari as an Executive Vice President of Samsung Semiconductor Innovation Centre (SSIC) and Chip Foundry Business for the U.S.

Marcos Chisari is an investment banking expert that will bring their expertise to Samsung for focusing on the buying and selling strategy of the semiconductor chips in the United States. He has 25 years of experience working with 500 global organizations, some of the most popular ones are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Mubadala, JP Morgan, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and STMicroelectronics.
