By enrolling in the One UI Beta Testing Program, consumers can help Samsung developers improve and polish new software stability. To do so, you just need to report the errors that appear while using the features and functionalities of One UI 5.0 Beta firmware on your Galaxy phone.

How to report errors of One UI 5.0 Beta

If you find errors while using One UI 5.0 Beta, you should provide feedback on bugs or errors through the member app so that the dev can analyze the cause and provide improvements with the upcoming beta. Simply, open the Samsung Member app and select “Beta Feedback > Send Feedback”.

Specifically, One UI 5.0 beta users are recommended to submit a report within 3 minutes of encountering a bug or error to ensure that the error report includes relevant log information. Also, do not close or swipe the Samsung Members app until you are notified that the report has been sent.

Stable One UI 5.0

While Samsung started Android 13 beta testing for the Galaxy S22 series, last year, it is expected that the stable One UI 5.0 will also be released first. Samsung hasn’t shared the exact timeline, but we’re guessing that the company will seed the Stable One UI 5.0 update in early October. The company released the One UI 5.0 beta 2 updates and is planning to release the third beta update for Galaxy devices.
