How to update your device:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap on Software updates
  • Click on Download and Install
  • Tap on download
  • Click on Install now

Once you click on the Install now, all process starts automatically one by one. You have no need to do anything extra. Do not get worried Just sit back and relax until the installation process is completed, because your device will reboot several times.

After a device starts, for the first time after a software update, you need to enter the PIN, Pattern, or Password. Fingerprint or face recognition will not work for the first unlock.

Finally, now your Samsung device is updated to the latest version, and you can check it by going to the settings, then jump to the About device or About phone section. Here you will find the currently updated version number and all the other related information.
