How to fix the Galaxy Smartphone data issues?

First, you should check for the latest software updates, and if your device is not updated to the latest version. You should update it immediately. To update the mobile device software follow the steps below:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select software update
  • Tap on Download and Install, then follow the instructions, shown on your Smartphone Screen.

Check the data accessibility

  • If not enabled, Swipe down from the top of the screen.
  • from the menu, check If the data on your Galaxy smartphone is turned on.
  • In the third step, you can force restart your device if the mobile data is enabled, but still, the problem persists on your smartphone.

To turn off your device immediately hold the volume down key and side key altogether, then select Power off. After the screen turns off, press and hold the Volume down key again, simultaneously. Once the Samsung logo appears on the screen, release the keys.
