Last month along with the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, Samsung introduced a new version of its One UI 4 custom software which is One UI 4.1.1. The new version update has officially rolled out for eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets, so here’s how you can download and install One UI 4.1.1 on your Samsung device.
One UI 4.1.1:
Samsung brought two variants of One UI 4.1.1 One is based on Android 12L OS while the other is based on the same Android 12 OS. The Android 12L version is specifically designed for large-screen devices such as foldable smartphones and tablets.

It brings many new features and customization options to let the customers operate their big screens with ease. Most noticeable is the taskbar feature, which lets you switch between different apps in no time. Apart from this, there is also an enhanced split-screen view, pop-overs, and many other features.
The Android 12-based One UI 4.1.1, on the other hand, is built for regular Galaxy smartphones and limits some features. However, it comes with some notable improvements over One UI 4.1.

How to manually download and install:
Before starting the download process, make sure to back up your data. While this update will not harm any of your files, we recommend doing so only for additional security measures.
Now go to the settings of your eligible Galaxy smartphone or tablet. Scroll down to the last and enter the Software Update section. From here tap on the option of Download and Install and after waiting for few seconds, the latest update will appear on your screen.
Press the Download button to allow your phone to start the downloading process. Once the update is downloaded, choose Install Now or Schedule Install. Once the installation is done, your phone will reboot and the initial app will start the optimization. Now you can enjoy the latest changes!
