Bixby is the Samsung intelligence assistant users can interact with Bixby using their voice, text, or taps. It’s deeply integrated into the phone, meaning that Bixby is able to carry out a lot of the tasks you do on your phone.
You can use it to text to get customized information about the weather, reminders of meetings, news articles, and so on, notably the Bixby can learn individual voices, so it will personalize answers depending on who asks. Samsung said it “learns, evolves, and adapts” to you.
Bixby uses your phone’s camera to extend your vision by searching for similar and appropriate things for you on the web but sometimes you may not get the perfect search results using the Bixby Vision feature.
How to launch Bixby Vision:
- First way: In a Camera app, tap More on the shooting mode list and tap on the Bixby vision.
- Second way: In the Gallery app, select the image and then tap on the eye icon.
- Third way: In the internet app, tap and hold an image and tap on Search with Bixby Vision. If you wish to add a dedicated app icon to the Apps screen, launch the Bixby Vision.
When you launch the Bixby Vision, you need to select which feature you want to use. The first tool in the bar is used for the recognition of text from the document or image and translates it.
The second tool in the bar represented with a capital T helps to find a text from the document or image and extract it. The third function in the toolbar enables the search for similar images and bring out similar object online and related information. The fourth option lets you search for information about the product online.
